Hello and welcome to our 2025 Christmas Mini Sessions!

Holiday Portraits are the perfect way to capture the magic of Christmas and we want your pets to be part of them!

$199 plus GST Includes:

15 minutes Christmas session at our studio in Vancouver
Five (5) retouched images delivered online
Print release for all photos
Additional retouched images or printed portraits can be purchased separately.
One Family up to 4 subjects (max 2 adults due to background size) - Kids are welcomed
Additional people or pet $25 each
Final images will be ready within 2 - 5 days after the session date.

This booking platform only takes payments via credit card, but I can also accept e-transfer. If you need e-transfer, please let me know which spot you want and I'll reserve it for you.

Important Information:

Your session fee is non-refundable so please check your calendar before booking! If you need to cancel your photo shoot for any reason (including illness), you may transfer the session fee to a future session or sell your space to someone else and let me know the updated details at least 48h before the session.

Since every session last 15 min, if your pet is too tense, fearful or anxious in new environments, I'll recommend to book a fully custom experience with Vancouver Pet Photography instead, he/she may need a little longer to warm up and get used to the camera, surroundings, and humans.

There will be several pets photographed that day. As such, I request each owner and their pet to arrive 5 min before their session time. Due to the scheduling during the event, if you're late that time will be deducted from your session. This is to ensure the rest of the day is not running behind.
COPYRIGHT, LICENSE TO USE, AND MODEL RELEASE - It is understood that Vancouver Pet Photography owns the copyright to all of the Images created during the event and reserves the right to use them for display, publication, advertising or other purposes. The Client’s prints or digital images are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer.

What should we wear? You may wish to dress up all festive! so feel free to wear your favourite Christmas attire! Coordinated outfits are recommended for families. Cream , neutrals or traditional Christmas colours would best match our background for this year. Please come to your session ready in your attire to maximize session time.

Would you provide props? Yes! Fun props are available for people and pets to wear during the session. If you wish to bring a small prop along like a toy, Book, or Letter to Santa, then you’re welcome to but just let me know your plans.

When will I receive the photos? To speed up the process we will take a look at your images right after the session, and you’ll select your favourite images right on the spot. You will receive a link to download the final retouched portraits within 2 to 5 days from the session.

Can I print my own photos? Yes! You will receive high resolution images with a print release.

Can I post my pictures on social media? Absolutely! Although the use of filters is not permitted as they violate the Photographer’s Copyright and Artistic freedom over the images. Filters also do Not show the Photographer’s true work and provide a misrepresentation of the Photographer and their work.

Can I bring pets other than dogs? Yes! all kind of pets are welcomed!
